The Apartment is thoughtfully furnished with quality furnishings to give you a homely feel and a relaxing holiday!

If you have never done self catering in Tenerife before and need some advice then please give us a call and we will help however we can with your arrangements.

Forget the package holiday with the queues everyday for breakfast and evening meal, only to find that there is nothing left or the cutlery has run out!

Then of course there is the panic for a sunbed round the pool or lots of screaming kids running around, well you wont find any of that here! It is much better to be in control of where and when you eat, the freedom to stay in or go out and to sit on the balcony at night with hardly a soul in sight is bliss!

We are located in Callao Salvaje which is a quiet, very desirable small town in the south west of Tenerife with the choice of easy travel to busier areas by bus or car.

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 with 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms, it also features a Dining kitchen, lounge, 2 patios over looking the pool/sea views, bathroom with bath/shower.

Apartment general

Finished and furnished to a high standard, the apartment is on a new small, private complex close to the centre of Callao Salvaje, just 25 to 30 mins drive from the airport. There is a bus stop bus stop right outside the complex for easy and cheap travel around the island.

This is the perfect place to be if you want the choice of a quiet holiday with the option to drive, taxi or bus to the busier areas of Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Torviscas, Playa Fanabe or Los Gigantes.

There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants in the local area. Several local supermarkets in Callao Salvaje (one open till 2am during peak season ) which are a 10 minute walk along a path connecting the village to the complex.

You will also find plenty of restaurants and bars, 3 banks all with cash points, 24hr doctor, car hire and shops.

 

 

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and built in wardrobes. Pool and sea views.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a fold up bed, wardrobe

Bathroom
WC, bath/shower, bidet, washing machine.

Kitchen
Hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle.

Living area
Not the usual cheap pine furniture! There are 2 quality leather sofas (3 seater and 2 seater) and a sideboard.

For a cosy night in there is a TV with English channels available, BBC1, 2, ITV, C4, C5 and a movie channel along with a DVD player and radio / CD player.

The dining area is furnished with high quality table and chairs and seats 6 in comfort.

Beautiful pool and sea views.

Laundry/cleaning
Extra laundry facilities are available if you are staying for more than 2 weeks and can be tailored to meet guest requirements. There is also a mini clean option available. Towels are provided and spare bed linen (you will need to bring your own beach towels if required).

The apartment is cleaned and inspected before and after each visit to ensure our high standards are maintained, so it should be left as you found it. There is also an iron and ironing board available along with a hairdryer.

Outside
The balcony has table and chairs and is a great place to sit and enjoy the lovely sea views and La Gomera and at night watching the beautiful sunset!

The pool is only for residents/visitors of the complex and is clearly visible from the apartment for supervising children.It is usually very quiet. There are sunbeds around the pool available for use.

Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available should you decide to rent a car.

Complex general
There are table tennis and a dart board facilities available for use in an area close to the pool.

Other
There is a cot hire service available.

Transport to and from the airport/Arrival
There is a collection and return service available from Tenerife south airport to our apartment in Callao Salvaje from a locally based company, please ask for more details.

On your arrival you will be greeted by a local English couple who will show you around the apartment and demonstrate how everything works.

They will also provide information about the local area and leave you a contact number should you have any queries during your stay. There are basic items such as water, milk, tea, coffee available for when you arrive (the first thing most people want when they arrive is a cuppa!!)

The apartment is also available for long term rental at selected months of the year, please contact us for more information.
